Registration Rates

We’re excited to partner with MCI as the official Registration and Hotel Booking provider for IFDA Solutions 2025.

When you are ready to register, you will need to provide your last name and email address to begin the registration process. If you are registering a group, you must register the entire group at the same time in order to receive the discounted rate.

Upon registration payment and completion, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a link to book your hotel accommodations.

Group Leaders must register and submit payment for all of their attendees at the same time to receive the group rate. Group discounts are automatically applied once the threshold has been met.

The Registration Portal is integrated with the IFDA database and uses the last name and email address to verify Group Leaders upon access. Group Leaders can manage all registrations in one place, including future modifications. Group Registrants will have access to registration details, receipts and hotel information via the portal.

*Hotel, airfare, ground transportation and other meal arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee. Hotel registration information will be emailed to you upon receipt of registration payment.

Registration Policies

Appearance Release
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken onsite by or on behalf of IFDA during the event. By registering for this event, attendees and exhibiting companies authorize IFDA to use your name and any such images, photographs, audio recordings and videos taken onsite in any media without compensation
.

Cancellations
Attendee registrations that must be cancelled will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase. All refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than August 23, 2025 to msom@ifdaonline.org. A $100.00 processing fee (per person) is applied to all refunds.

Transfers/Substitutions
If you are unable to attend the event you can transfer your registration to another employee from your company. Please send the name of the person no longer attending and the name, title and email of the new person attending to events@ifdaonline.org.

Attendance Policy
The IFDA Solutions Conference is a private event. Only employees or bona-fide representatives of food distribution companies, food manufacturing companies, exhibitors and pre-approved guests are eligible to attend. IFDA reserves the right to refuse admittance to any registrant. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit hall.
