Booth Information
Booth Sizes
Various sizes are available. Some examples include:
- 10’×10′ = 100 sq. ft.
- 10’×20′ = 200 sq. ft.
- 20’×20′ = 400 sq. ft., etc.
- Island booth minimum size is 20’×20′ (end cap and peninsulas are not permitted).
Booth Furnishings
- All non-island booths will include 8’ back and 3’ side wall draping in official colors and a 7″ × 44″ identification sign.
- Island booths will receive 7″ × 44″ identification sign.
- Carpet, tables, chairs, electricity, computer, A/V equipment and other furnishings or services will be available for rent for all booths.
Booth Rates & Payment Information
- Standard Allied Member Rate: Booth Square Footage x $36.95
- Standard Non-Member Rate: Booth Square Footage x $39.50
- Corner Fee: $285
- Island Fee: $540
Example:
A Standard Non-Member selects a 10’×20′ space with 1 open corner
200 sq. ft. × $39.50 = $7,650 + Corner Fee $280 = $8,180 Total
Payment Information: Once the application has been received and reviewed, an invoice with payment instructions will follow. Upon receipt of payment, the application will be considered accepted.
Payment Schedule: Applications received on or after May 8, 2026 require full payment at signing.
Allied Member Rate: Allied Member Rate is available to applicants who are an Allied Member of IFDA at the time of application and at the time of the 2026 IFDA Solutions Conference.
