IFDA Names 2025 Class of 25 Rising Stars in Foodservice Distribution

MCLEAN, Va. – Sept. 3, 2025 – The International Foodservice Distributors Association announced its 2025 class of Rising Stars, honoring 25 young professionals who are shaping the future of foodservice distribution.

The prestigious recognition program celebrates next-generation leaders under 40 years old who have made meaningful impacts on their companies’ success. Recipients represent leading distributors including Ace Endico Corporation, Gordon Food Service, McLane Company, National DCP, Quality Custom Distribution and W&B Service Company.

“These Rising Stars represent exceptional emerging talent in foodservice distribution,” said Mark S. Allen, president and CEO of IFDA. “Their achievements demonstrate strong leadership and innovative thinking that will help guide our industry’s continued growth and evolution.”

The honorees span diverse roles from warehouse operations and transportation to sales, human resources and strategic sourcing. Their collective achievements include implementing innovative technology solutions, driving significant cost savings and leading cultural transformation initiatives.

The Rising Stars program requires nominees to have at least five years of experience in foodservice distribution and demonstrate a proven track record of success and innovation. All nominees must be nominated by a supervisor or colleague.

Recipients will be recognized at the upcoming IFDA Solutions conference in Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 28 – Oct. 1, 2025.
