Thursday, November 13, 2025
2:00 – 3:00 PM E.T.

As federal, state, and local administrations evolve, so do the funding opportunities available for zero-emission transportation. This must-attend session will guide fleet managers through the maze of grants, tax credits, and incentive programs—many of which go unnoticed or underutilized. Attendees will learn how to identify and access these hidden resources, understand the resources available to them, how to sort through eligibility requirements, and position their refrigerated trailer fleets to take full advantage of financial support.

Navigating the landscape of zero-emission funding can be overwhelming. With constantly shifting regulations, overlapping programs, and varying eligibility criteria across federal, state, and local levels, many fleet managers are unsure where to begin—or assume they’ve already exhausted their options. In reality, there are far more resources available than most realize, including lesser-known grants, tax incentives, and utility-backed programs. This session will cut through the noise and help you uncover the hidden financial tools that can accelerate your ZE transition with refrigerated trailers, yard tractors, and the charging equipment at your DCs.

Join us to learn actions to take now to minimize upfront costs and plan for infrastructure, installation and equipment with a view on how to future-proof. Set up your facility to benefit from savings on operational costs, eliminated diesel costs, and the ability to qualify for state and federal incentives.

Whether you’re just starting your ZE transition or scaling up, this session will provide action items and next steps to unlock the dollars that drive sustainable growth.
