Webinar Description

Distribution centers carry food safety risk across nearly every zone, from dock to freezer to returns. This session breaks down how to build a sanitation program that treats each area by its actual risk profile, replaces paper-based tracking with real-time visibility into cleaning status and corrective actions, and keeps facilities audit ready every day instead of scrambling before one. Attendees leave with a practical framework for turning sanitation from a checklist into a food safety system.
