Webinar Description

What if your fleet operations could move from reacting to issues after they happen to improving performance in real time? In this AI Exchange session, we explore how AI agents are changing fleet performance management across last-mile operations. As delivery complexity increases, operators need more than dashboards, alerts, and manual follow-up. They need faster ways to identify risks, support decisions, trigger action, and keep routes moving throughout the day. AI agents help connect data, intelligence, and execution, so teams can respond more effectively to delivery exceptions, route delays, customer communication needs, and changing conditions in the field. For last-mile leaders, this creates an opportunity to improve on-time performance, reduce cost pressures, minimize service disruptions, and scale operations with greater consistency.

Key Takeaways:

  • How AI agents help improve on-time performance and reduce delivery exceptions – How real-time decision support helps teams act faster when routes, stops, or service conditions change
  • How agent-driven workflows reduce manual intervention and help teams focus on higher-priority issues
  • How better coordination across dispatch, drivers, and customer communication improves execution in the field
  • How fleet performance management is evolving from monitoring activity to improving outcomes in real time
