Kristin Spiridon

In her role, she works to educate the U.S. Congress and federal agencies about the importance of the foodservice distribution industry and advocate for its priorities—with a particular focus on labor/workforce and tax issues. In addition, she oversees IFDA’s Human Resources Leadership Committee, which is a space for human resource leaders at IFDA member companies to connect, provide input on policy, and share ideas on how to grow the industry’s workforce. Kristin finds building relationships with IFDA members is incredibly rewarding and helps her be a better advocate for the industry.
