*The IFDA National Championship is a members-only event in 2026, with limited exceptions for long-time participating companies.

Cancellation Policy
Competitor Registration Deadline: All Warehouse and Transportation Competitors must be registered prior to September 21, 2026.
Individual or Small Team Registrations:
- The housing and cancellation deadline is September 21, 2026.
- A $100.00 processing fee (per person) is applied to all cancellations, substitutions, and transfers made prior to August 21, 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 21, 2026.
- No transfers/substitutions after September 21, 2026.
Large Team Registration with Hotel Blocks:
- The housing and cancellation deadline is August 17, 2026.
- A $100.00 processing fee (per person) is applied to all cancellations, substitutions, and transfers made prior to August 17, 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 17, 2026.
- No transfers/substitutions after August 17, 2026.
Appearance Release
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken onsite by or on behalf of IFDA during the event. By registering for this event, attendees authorize IFDA to use your name and any such images, photographs, audio recordings, and videos taken onsite in any media without compensation.
Attendance Policy
The IFDA National Championship is a private event. Only employees or bona-fide representatives of food distribution companies, food manufacturing companies and pre-approved guests are eligible to attend. IFDA reserves the right to refuse admittance to any registrant.
IFDA Member Code of Conduct
All attendees of the IFDA National Championship are required to observe the IFDA Member Code of Conduct.
