Dress for Success

Whether you’re competing, judging, or volunteering, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready for action. Dress casually and comfortably, and keep in mind that it’s Orlando in October—lightweight and breathable clothes are your friend!

During the Competition

Dress like you’re headed to work—because in a way, you are! Competitors should wear their official competition gear and represent your company with pride. Team shirts are a great way to show your spirit and support each other.

Footwear matters

• Everyone on the competition floor—competitors, judges, and volunteers—must wear closed-toe shoes.
• Warehouse competitors are required to wear steel-toe shoes. If you don’t have a pair, we’ll provide safety shoe caps for you to use.

For the Awards Banquet

It’s a celebration—so look nice, but keep it comfortable.

You don’t need to dress up fancy. Polos, button-downs, blouses, nice jeans, khakis, or a casual dress are all great choices. If you feel like stepping it up with a jacket or dressier outfit, go for it—but there’s no pressure to wear anything more formal.

Just aim for neat and presentable and save the cutoff shorts for the theme parks!
