Rick Jensen,
President of Harbor Wholesale

If you’ve eaten at a restaurant, shopped at a grocery store, or grabbed a snack at a convenience store anywhere in the Northwest, there’s a good chance Rick Jensen has played a role in how that food got there.

Rick is the President of Harbor Wholesale, one of the West Coast’s most respected food distribution companies. With more than 35 years in grocery, wholesale, and foodservice, he’s worked across nearly every part of the industry, from retail operations and construction to distribution, sales, marketing, and acquisitions, giving him a rare, ground-level perspective on how the business really works.

He joined Harbor Wholesale in 2020 and now helps guide the century-old company through a rapidly changing industry while staying true to its people-first culture and strong commitment to customers.

Rick is a lifelong Washingtonian and a graduate of Western Washington University, where he met his wife Susan. When he’s not working, he enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, hiking, photography, golfing… and what he describes as a very serious and ongoing pursuit of the region’s best burger.
