Andrea Brule, Sugar Foods’ 4th President & CEO in its 75-year history, was promoted to CEO in 2024 after a distinguished 20+ year career with the company. Throughout her tenure, Andrea has played a pivotal role in Sugar Foods’ impressive growth from $250M to nearly $1B. She has excelled in various leadership positions, including sales, operations, product strategy, supplier relations, acquisition integration, and marketing. Before becoming CEO, Andrea served as President for two years, where she led the Commercial and Operations teams through post-COVID realignments, capacity expansion, M&A integration, and strategic succession planning. Andrea holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University and a B.S. in Marketing from St. John’s University.
