How does the discussion board work?
Each community has a dedicated discussion board accessible through the IFDA member portal. Once you join, you can post questions, share resources, and have conversations with peers.
When are virtual meetings held?
Each community sets its own cadence for virtual meetings. Members are encouraged to suggest topics and volunteer to present.
What happens at IFDA Solutions?
IFDA Solutions (September 13–15, 2026 in San Antonio, TX) is the premier event for community members to connect in person. Each community hosts dedicated education sessions, meetings, and networking opportunities. Learn more about Solutions.
How do I access community resources?
Resources are available within each community’s resource library, contributed by members, subject matter experts, and IFDA staff.
Can I be a member of more than one community?
Yes — if you qualify for multiple communities, you’re welcome to participate in each. Your engagement in each community is independent and you’ll receive updates for all communities you join.
How do I contribute content or lead a thread?
The IFDA Communities online platform and smartphone app function similarly to most social media platforms, where members can ask questions, start discussions and share resources any time. A user guide and community rules are posted in the platform.
