Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws are reshaping how businesses handle packaging and product waste in many states across the country — and keeping track can be a challenge.

Join us for an essential webinar that breaks down EPR compliance across five states — California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, and Oregon — and gives you the clarity you need to prepare your business for what’s ahead.

Our featured speaker, Veronica Colas, a Partner at Hogan Lovells, brings deep expertise advising clients on EPR compliance. She will walk you through the key regulations in each state, the steps you can take now to get ahead of implementation, and the practical strategies your business can use to achieve and maintain compliance.

Whether you’re just beginning to assess your EPR obligations, managing compliance across multiple states, or looking for expert guidance to sharpen your approach, this webinar provides the insights and tools you need to move forward with confidence.
