As Senior Director of Learning and Development at IFDA, I lead our comprehensive educational initiatives and professional development programs while fostering strategic partnerships. In this dual role, I balance creating impactful learning experiences with developing business opportunities that strengthen our organization and enhance member value across our major conferences and events. What I find most rewarding is aligning our educational and professional development programs with the diverse needs of our industry at all levels – from delivering executive education programs and interactive workshops to coordinating impactful keynotes at live events and facilitating dynamic Share Groups. Equally exciting is hosting our National Championship event, where we showcase the exceptional talent of our industry’s truck drivers and warehouse professionals through spirited competitions. This event highlights their skills but also celebrates the vital role they play in keeping our food distribution network running smoothly.
