Registration fees cover all educational sessions and meal functions. Hotel, airfare, ground transportation and other meal arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee. Hotel registration information will be emailed to you upon receipt of IFDA SMart registration payment.

Policies
Cancellations and Transfers
If you are unable to attend the program, you can transfer your registration to another employee in your company. Registrations that must be canceled will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase. All refunds must be submitted to Mary Som (msom@ifdaonline.org) by June 15, 2025. A $100.00 processing charge (per person) is applied to all refunds.
Appearance Release
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken onsite by or on behalf of IFDA during the event. By registering for this event, attendees authorize IFDA to use your name and any such images, photographs, audio recordings and videos taken onsite in any media without compensation. You will be asked to accept this release during your registration
