Carl-Christoph Reckers (“CCR”) is the CEO of FleetPulse, where he is leading the digitization of trailers to unlock value across the supply chain. With a clear vision to unlock the full profit potential of trailers by solving specific trailer-operations related problems and workflows with telematics, analytics and AI, FleetPulse has been on a rapid expansion trajectory since spinning off from Great Dane.
CCR has spent his career driving innovation at the intersection of technology and logistics. Before FleetPulse, CCR was a VP at Uber Freight, where he launched and scaled multiple new product lines such as the trailerpool program “Powerloop”. Earlier, he co-founded FR8Star, a digital logistics marketplace focused on oversize/overweight freight and sold that company in 2019. He began his career at BCG, where he advised global OEMs, fleets and supply chain leaders on efficiency, growth, and product innovation.
Ross Joseph
Vice President, Operations, FleetPulse
Ross has over 22 years of industry experience in fleet service management, vehicle safety technology, and regulatory business development across trucking company stakeholders. As Vice President of Operations for FleetPulse, he is responsible for the company’s product hardware development, supply chain, customer support, and technology partnerships. Prior to his employment with FleetPulse, Ross led smart trailer engineering and business development at Great Dane, Tier 1 technology suppliers, and served as the American Trucking Associations head of technology regulatory affairs. Ross is a published author of articles, products, and research on trucking industry technologies, freight operations, and transportation safety.
